We rented a maisonette apartment through Trautmann Immobilien. Ms. Wienert was our contact person and organized the viewing appointment. The apartment description was very accurate, and the viewing was punctual and private. She showed us the apartment and explained all the important aspects. We were ultimately selected as the future tenants, and she prepared the lease agreement and arranged the appointment for signing it. She explained the contract to us section by section and answered all our questions. Ms. Wienert was very professional, competent, thorough, and friendly. We highly recommend this agency and would definitely work with them again in the future.

To get one thing out of the way first, we didn't buy a property...that was a matter for the bank. Nevertheless, it must be said that, in our opinion, M. Trautmann did an exceptionally good job. We have rarely seen such a professional presentation of the property, his personal demeanor, and his comprehensive communication from a real estate agent. (We've been looking for a property for some time now...so we've seen quite a few and had quite a few experiences.) With his expertise, you're in excellent hands as a prospective buyer!
